Sigmund
Pulsometer pumps or SPP manufacture an extensive range
of centrifugal pumps suitable for a variety of applications.
We predominately use the pumps to pump water, diesel
and oil.
The
pumps are built to DIN Standard and are therefore completely
interchangeable with other DIN standard pump.
We
can offer these pumps in a variety of materials including
cast iron and bronze.
Different
mechanical seals can be offered to suit the applcation.
These
are available as close
coupled, long
coupled, vertical
and split
case.
We
use these pumps to supply Mirrlees, Rustons and MAN
for jacket water, raw water and valve cage cooling pumps
on the diesel engines. Customers such a Npower, Scottish
Power and Amec use the close coupled eurostream and
vertical instream pumps to pump chilled water and filter
wash pumps.
Eurostream
Range - End Suction, close coupled centrifugal pump
Eurostream
pumps are extensively used for heating, circulating
duties, water boosting, irrigation, fire protection
and countless other general service applications for
both clean and slightly contaminated non-corrosive liquids.
Temperature:
- 10 deg C Min to 120 deg C maximum
Pressure: - 10 bar maximum at 120 deg C
Motor Speed: 1450, 1760,2900, 3500 rpm
Capacity: 80 l/s at 1450 rpm , 100 l/s at 2900 rpm
Differential Head: 36m at 1450 rpm , 100m at 2900 rpm

Unistream
Range - End Suction, long coupled centrifugal pump
SPP
Pumps Unistream range are long coupled pumps designed
to the DIN24255 standard. The range covers 25 pump sizes
from 32mm to 125mm discharge affording 190 pump/motor
combinations.
Unistream
pumps are extensively used for heating, circulating
duties, water boosting, irrigation, fire protection
and countless other general service applications for
both clean and slightly contaminated non-corrosive liquids.
Temperature:
- 10 deg C Min to 120 deg C maximum
Pressure: - 10 bar maximum at 120 deg C
Motor Speed: 1450 rpm , 2900 rpm
Capacity: 150 l/s maximum

Thrustream
Range - Horizontal Split case centrifugal pump
The
Thrustream range of pumps provides robust split case
esigns with suction and discharge flanged connection
in the lower half of the casing. Top half casing and
rotating assembly can be removed without disturbing
pipework. The range covers 25 pump sizes from 65mm to
350mm discharge.
Thrustream
pumps are xtensively used for heating, circulating duties,
water boosting, irrigation, fire protection and countless
other general service applications for both clean and
slightly contaminated non-corrosive liquids.

120 deg C maximum
Pressure: Up to 25 bar

Instream
Range - Vertical Inline centrifgual pump
The
Instream range have an straight in line design which
allow savings in time and cost to standardisation of
pipework layout. The range covers 12 pump sizes from
40mm to 100mm.
